Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours from ordering Monday to Friday morning (CET). The warehouse is closed on weekends.

Estimated delivery time depends on inventory availability.
- In-stock orders are usually delivered within 1-4 business days.
- For backorders, it usually takes 4 - 6 weeks to be manufactured and delivered.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and within 24 hours you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. Orders placed within the US typically take 1-3 business days to be delivered once shipped. Please check the product pages for details.

If you're ordering outside of the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. ZERBAY unfortunately has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

For your convenience, here's a handy list of our most popular shipping destinations. Have a look:
- United States: no duties for orders below US $ 800
- Norway: no duties + 25% VAT
- Australia: 5% duties + 10% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)
- Hong Kong: no duties (so no worries for you)
- Singapore: 7% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)
- Switzerland: 22 Fr. advanced fee + 8% duties + 8% VAT

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order in accordance with our return policy so long as:

- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from ZERBAY.

Refunds
All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to all eligible countries. Although it’s more expensive and logistically complex, we work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for customers around the world.

Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US and Turkey holidays. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your shoes arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Goods
We will replace or provide store credit for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if the order is covered by shipping protection.

Defective/Flawed Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third-party purchases are not covered by ZERBAY.

Repeated Returns

We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.
